Dr. Didier Dietschi

Dr. Didier Dietschi was licensed in 1984 and got his doctoral and Privat Docent degrees in 1988 and 2003, respectively, at the University of Geneva, Switzerland. He also got a PhD degree in 2003 at the University of ACTA, Netherlands. Dr. Dietschi spent 6 years as full time faculty in the departments of Operative Dentistry and Periodontology, at the Geneva dental school where he holds now a senior lecturer position. He is also adjunct associate professor at Case Western University (Cleveland). Dr. Dietschi maintains a part time activity in a private office in Geneva, dedicated to esthetic restorative dentistry. Dr. Dietschi has published more than 70 clinical and scientific papers and book chapters on adhesive and esthetic restorations; he also co-authored the book "Adhesive Metal-free Restorations", edited in 1987 by Quintessence and translated in 7 languages. Dr. Dietschi is lecturing internationally on adhesive & esthetic restorations.
Dr. Stefano Gracis
Switzerland
Stefano Gracis received his D.M.D. degree in 1986 from the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA) and, in 1987, from the University of Pavia (Pavia, Italy). In 1990, under the guidance of Prof. Ralph Yuodelis, he obtained the certificate in Prosthodontics with an M.S.D. degree at the University of Washington in Seattle. He is President-Elect of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED) and the Past President of the Italian Academy of Prosthetic Dentistry (AIOP). He is on the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Prosthodontics and of the International Journal of Esthetic Dentistry. He has contributed several articles and chapters in the field of restorative dentistry and he lectures and gives courses regularly, both nationally and internationally, on topics related to fixed prosthodontics and implant prosthodontics. He has been a consultant for several companies and has been involved in the Scientific Committee of several International congresses. He practices in his own clinic in Milan, Italy, limiting his activity to prosthodontics and restorative dentistry.
Dr. Ueli Grunder
Zürich, Switzerland
Dr. Ueli Grunder received his DMD degree from the University of Zurich, Switzerland, in 1982. His post-graduate education in advanced fixed prosthodontics also came from the University of Zurich, where he is senior lecturer since 1987. He is a certified specialist for reconstructive dentistry. He maintains a private practice together with Thomas Gaberthüel since 1989 in Zollikon-Zurich and has published numerous papers and extensively lectured nationally and internationally on the surgical and prosthetic aspects of implant dentistry. Dr. Grunder is Past-President of the Swiss Society of Oral Implantology (SSOI) and Past-President of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED).

Dr Tidu Mankoo qualified with a BDS from the University of Bristol in 1981 and has a renowned Private & Referral Practice in Windsor, UK, treating Implant, Restorative and Aesthetic cases and particularly complex cases. He has built a reputation for exceptional dentistry and carries out both the surgical and prosthetic aspects of his cases. He was the President of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED) in 2009-2010, a visiting Professor at the International University of Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain and a founder and Past President of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry (BAAD). He serves on the Editorial Board of a number of dental journals. He is a respected teacher with numerous publications. He is a sought-after international speaker particularly in the field of Dental Implants, Restorative & Aesthetic Dentistry and management of complex cases. He lectures and gives courses regularly all over the world. Dr. Konrad H. Meyenberg

Konrad H. Meyenberg graduated at the University of Zurich, Switzerland. He afterwards completed his 4-year post-graduate program in reconstructive dentistry in Zurich at the department for fixed and remouvable prosthodontics and material sciences (chairman: Prof. Peter Schärer). His special areas of interests and research are perioprosthetics, adhesive dentistry, esthetic prosthodontics and implant dentistry. He maintains a private practice limited to esthetic reconstructive dentistry in Zurich, Switzerland, together with 3 partners (Marco Imoberdorf & Christian Ramel: periodontology & implant surgery, Frank Paqué: endodontics & microsurgery). He is a senior lecturer at the Universitis of Zurich, Dental Schools. Speaker at numerous international congresses. He published numerous articles in the fields of esthetic dentistry, perio-prosthodontics and implant prosthodontics. Active Member of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, the Academy of Osseointegration and the Swiss Society of Reconstructive Dentistry. Dr Roberto Spreafico obtained his DM degree at Turin University, Italy, in 1982. In 1986, he obtained a DMD degree, at Geneva University, Switzerland. He is now a private practitioner, in Busto-Arsizio, near Milan, Italy. He is active member of: Accademia Italiana di Conservativa, European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, Associate Editor of "European Journal of Esthetic Dentistry". Member of the editorial board of: Journal of Adhesive Dentistry; Practical Procedures & Aesthetic Dentistry. Dr Spreafico presently conducts a number of courses in the field of esthetic dentistry throughout Italy and abroad. He is also author of numerous clinical papers on this topic. Author of 7 book chapters. Co-authored the book "Adhesive Metal-Free Restorations : current concepts for the esthetic treatment of posterior teeth." by Quintessence Publishing Group (1997).
